## Storage and transcription allowances

Plaud Note Pro has physical recording storage and a separately metered AI transcription allowance. The included tier provides 300 minutes per month; paid plans offer more. Storage capacity and included transcription duration are separate limits.

## Recurring costs and workload

Operating costs depend on transcription volume, required outputs and the selected service plan. Evaluation also includes export options and device requirements. Hardware price and subscription cost are separate inputs.

## Data-handling disclosures

Plaud states that conversation data is not used for model training unless the user opts in. Retention, deletion, access controls and the processing services involved require separate assessment.
